CONGRATULATIONS TO 2 OF PRIME'S OWN!

We are happy to congratulate two of Prime’s youth athletes on their bright futures!

Tennis player, Liam Krall, of Bronxville High School has committed to Southern Methodist University. Liam is ranked 3rd in NYC and 53rd nationally.

Brody Firestein, of Brunswick Academy, will be attending Penn State on a lacrosse scholarship. He has been one of the captains on Brunswick’s perennial top 10 team.

Liam and Brody’s hard work with Prime’s Director of Human Performance, Ivan Tchatchouwo, is helping them reach their amazing potential. We could not be more proud of these two fine young men!

MY BROTHER'S KEEPER STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM 2018

Another rewarding day with the MBKNewRo Student Ambassador Program! We had a great day with some special young men! 

My Brother’s Keeper New Rochelle (MBKNewRo) is a unique partnership between the City of New Rochelle and the School District and is supported by more than 120 community partners and 100 volunteers. MBKNewRo has launched or implemented more than two dozen events, programs and activities to help students make progress in all six of the Milestones outlined in this cradle-to-career initiative.

Sports Performance Therapy: Epicondylitis (Tennis/Golfers Elbow)

PRIME'S FIRST NUTRITION CLINIC

Nutrition / Weight Loss

Prime’s first nutrition clinic will be held on Saturday March 29th, 10am at our facility (6 Railroad Way, Larchmont NY). This is an opportunity for teens, youth athletes, and parents to be educated on today’s convoluted state of nutrition. Ilyse Schapiro (MS, RD, CDN), will be speaking on topics such as hydration, fueling for game day , school cafeteria selection, snacking, as well as weight loss.
